Se convoca a todos los socios del CLUB DEPORTIVO LOCAL “SAN JOVITA” a la Asamblea General Extraordinaria perteneciente a la temporada de caza 2010-2011 que se celebrará el próximo día 25 de Febrero de 2011 Restaurante “Las Golondrinas” de Carcaboso, donde se tratarán, entre otros, los siguientes puntos del orden del día:
RESUMEN PRESUPUESTARIO DE GASTOS DE LA PASADA TEMPORADA E INFORMACIÓN DE LAS CUENTAS DEL CLUB.
INCLUSIÓN DE NUEVOS TERRENOS EN LOS COTOS LOCALES Y VOTACIÓN SOBRE LA EXCLUSIÓN DE TERRENOS.
INCLUSIÓN DE NUEVOS SOCIOS EN EL CLUB. DECISIÓN MEDIANTE VOTACIÓN (Se votarán todas las propuestas de socios nuevos que han llegado al club hasta la fecha o que lleguen hasta el día de la presente asamblea. Cada propuesta debe de estar avalada por, al menos, 2 socios actuales). ESTIMACIÓN DE NÚMERO MÍNIMO DE SOCIOS EN EL CLUB.
PROPUESTA, DISCUSIÓN Y ESTABLECIMIENTO DE LAS TASAS A ABONAR POR LOS SOCIOS PARA LA PRÓXIMA TEMPORADA 2011-2012.
DEFINICIÓN E IMPLANTACIÓN DEL RÉGIMEN DISCIPLINARIO DE SANCIONES.
INFORMACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES Y TRABAJOS A DESEMPEÑAR EN EL COTO.
RUEGOS, PREGUNTAS Y CUANTAS PROPUESTAS PUEDAN SUGIR O REALIZAR.
Dados las importantes decisiones a tomar, SE RUEGA LA PRESENCIA DE TODOS LOS SOCIOS, de todos modos y a todos los efectos, las decisiones tomadas en la presente asamblea serán firmes en virtud de lo establecido en el Artículo 12.- Constitución y Acuerdos de los actuales Estatudos.
